Ever since we heard the word monkey mind what goes on everyone's mind is like some sort of monkeys chattering and moving around your mind. But it is the situation where you are not able to take the proper decisions in life.
According to the Buddhist terminology, it is the state where the mind is restless, unsettled, scared and not able to take the proper decisions.
As we all know that our mind is the biggest ocean of thoughts. It happens generally when we are dealing with more stress and other many more anxious feelings.
